Return & Refund Policy

At StashCo Cannabis, we stand behind the quality of our products and the integrity of our delivery service. However, due to strict California regulations and the perishable nature of cannabis products, all sales are final.

🔒 ALL SALES ARE FINAL

In accordance with California Business & Professions Code § 26070, once cannabis products leave our possession, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless required by law.

This applies to all products, including:

  • Flower
  • Pre-rolls
  • Vapes & cartridges
  • Concentrates
  • Edibles
  • Tinctures & topicals
  • Accessories & branded merchandise

🚚 Delivery Accuracy & Product Issues

We ask that you inspect your order at the time of delivery. If you believe an item is missing, incorrect, or damaged, you must:

  1. Notify your delivery driver immediately, or Dispatcher or
  2. Call us at (888) 506-2508 within 24 hours of delivery

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product or issue
  • A description of the problem

🧾 Resolution Options (Case-by-Case)

If your issue qualifies under our limited support window, we may offer, at our sole discretion:

  • A one-time store credit
  • A replacement item (if available and legal)
  • An account flag for a discount on your next order

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstance, unless required by state law.

🚫 We Cannot Offer Replacements or Credits For:

  • Products you ordered incorrectly
  • Items you changed your mind about
  • Discomfort or dissatisfaction with effects (everyone reacts differently)
  • Products that were opened or used
  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery
  • Orders refused due to failed ID verification or absence

🛡️ Your Responsibility

To help ensure a smooth delivery:

  • Be available during your selected delivery window
  • Have your valid government-issued ID ready
  • Double-check your order before confirming

StashCo reserves the right to refuse requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or excessive in frequency.
