How to Order (Phone-Only)

1) Call 916-877-4420 during normal delivery hours.

2) Verify you are a current StashCo patient with a valid government ID and a medical recommendation or MMIC.

3) Choose your case and schedule delivery. Case pricing applies automatically (no discount stacking).

First-time case patients may be asked to upload/show documents at delivery. We do not split receipts to exceed daily limits.

Case Sizes

• Flower: 32 eighths = 4 oz / case
• Concentrates: 10 g / case
• Vape Pens/Cartridges: Counted by net fill weight

Daily Limits (Do Not Exceed)

• Flower: ≤ 8 oz / day
• Concentrates: ≤ 45 g / day
• Vape Pens/Cartridges: ≤ 45 g / day (e.g., 45 × 1 g or 90 × 0.5 g)

Case Ordering Policy

• We offer cases for all brands we carry (subject to stock).
• Order Window: place case orders on Monday or Tuesday.
• Lead Time: expect up to 1 week; we often deliver earlier.
• No upfront cost. Payment due at delivery.
• Follow-through required: not completing the purchase at delivery results in removal from the case program. (Regular delivery remains available.)
• Program is a privilege for patients who value safe access, transparency and premium service.

Taxes/Fees: Applied per law. Where eligible, local 4% city tax exemption is taken at checkout.
Inventory: Case pricing available only when full case-pack SKUs are in stock.
Audit Trail: POS note “Patient Case Price,” include quantities and discount %.
Manager Overrides: Requires approval and reason code in POS notes.
