At StashCo Cannabis, protecting your privacy is our priority. This page is provided in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA).
Although StashCo does not sell personal information for monetary consideration, California law defines “sell” and “share” broadly. Certain data transfers (such as with delivery software providers, analytics platforms, or marketing partners) may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the law.
This page gives you a simple way to exercise your opt-out rights.
