Effective Date: April 15, 2025

By placing an order with StashCo Cannabis, and accepting delivery of any cannabis product, you (“you” or “Customer”) hereby acknowledge, understand, and consent to the following:

✅ 1. Legal Eligibility

  • I affirm that I am at least 21 years of age, and I will present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery.
  • I understand that under California law, cannabis may only be sold and delivered to individuals aged 21+, or 18+ with a valid medical recommendation (if applicable).
  • I certify that I am ordering cannabis products for personal use only, not for resale, distribution, or export outside California.

🚚 2. Delivery Acknowledgment

  • I authorize StashCo Cannabis and its agents to deliver cannabis products to the address I provided during checkout, in accordance with state and local laws.
  • I understand that I must be physically present at the time of delivery and that no third party may accept the order on my behalf.
  • I agree to provide valid identification matching the name on the order.
  • I acknowledge that if I am unavailable, fail to show valid ID, or otherwise cannot complete the delivery, my order may be canceled, and I may be subject to a restocking fee.

🛑 3. Assumption of Risk

  • I acknowledge that cannabis products may produce varying effects and side effects.
  • I agree to consume responsibly and not operate vehicles or machinery under the influence.
  • I accept full responsibility for my use and possession of all products I receive.
  • I release StashCo Cannabis, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from the use, misuse, or effects of any product received.

⚖️ 4. Legal Compliance

  • I agree not to transport, ship, or share cannabis products outside the State of California.
  • I understand that cannabis remains federally illegal and that use or possession may carry legal risks in certain jurisdictions.
  • I will store all products securely and out of reach of minors or unauthorized persons.

📝 5. Consent to Store & Verify Personal Data

  • I authorize StashCo Cannabis to verify my identity and age using lawful means, including ID scanning and secure data storage, as required for regulatory compliance.
  • I consent to the collection of my name, ID number, order history, and delivery information, which may be made available to California regulators upon request.

By signing for or accepting delivery, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this Consumer Consent to Receive Cannabis.
